Cancellation Policy

Free Estimate Booking Policy Online bookings are requests for an estimate appointment and are not considered confirmed until approved by Gilmore Tree Services. Please provide an accurate address, contact information, and a brief description of the work you would like estimated. The property owner or an authorized decision-maker should be present unless access and project details have been arranged beforehand. Please make sure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and all areas being evaluated are accessible. We provide free estimates within our normal service area. Appointments outside that area or estimates requiring extensive inspections may be subject to a fee, which will be disclosed in advance. Emergency visits, formal tree-risk assessments, written arborist reports, insurance documentation, and consultations are not included in a standard free estimate. Appointment times may vary slightly because of jobsite conditions, weather, and travel. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require a service fee before another visit is scheduled. Booking an estimate does not reserve a work date or authorize any work. Pricing and scheduling will be confirmed after the property has been evaluated and a written quote has been accepted.
